I like the automatic rooms like the puppy and kittens room. They make bingo so much more interesting and fun. I actually look forward to playing each day.

Crashes an way to many adds I deleted

It fast paced, thrilling, and overall fun and challenging.

This is a good game. I enjoy it very much.

I have been playing this game for years! It is my favorite BUT lately I am so tempted to delete it! It has slowed down so much to the point if frustration! After buying the tickets for four cards a stupid thing pops up and I have to rebut the cards again! This has happened so often!! I am sure you can check my games and check my story! As well when there is a limit on a room there is always one or two items not seen until the last one or two days ... I have just tried to finish winery room... Needed only one since about four days into it and saw it only three times... Never got it thus the room closed and I never saw the corkscrew nor did I get it!! I am not the only one... Many people r in the same boat!! I have lost literally hundreds of tickets due to advertising on your site! Just not fair... I was up to over 28,000 tickets and today I had to buy some! Never has this ever happened before! I would hope you will refund at least a few hundred tickets for me!!! I am getting so fed up with this game! Fix the bugs or delete it off FB. Thank you! Please reply do I will know when to expect my refund of tickets. Heather S. Antle

Love the game but like others on your games the game slows down, kicks me out and doesnt give me my power ups they dont show up so I cant use them. Whats going on!

Easy to play graphics are great

I used to love this game when it was fair. Now the same shadows keep appearing and the others seldom or never even make an appearance. After 3 or 4 games in the featured room the sound goes off. I could go on but, whats the point they never address our issues and could care less about their players. Never pay out double, even after you bingo after the power up to payout double.

There are not enough opportunities to get the rare icons to progress. Starting to hare the game. Very frustrating. You can play for an hour and not get the icon that you need

Played this game for a long time and had the odd problem but now its a big problem! The game seems to shut down when I win bingos. Needless to say I dont get my prizes!!! Once or twice I can accept but lately its been way too many times. Why does it only cut out when you win big coins on the slot game or when you win 3 or 4 bingos?!

Nice to play, but hard to win the last two collections in each room.

Crap cant get last collectable in rooms now playing in 5 rooms get to 11 cant get #12 to get extra points been playing since January. N still only getting 26 points a day planning on deleting the game bet I played over 2000 points n still nothing thats a lot when you only get 26 day Id like to play every day but you cant have to build your points up dont know why Im telling you this you wont do anything Why cant you fix this game Im up to 11 in 9 rooms now you wont give me number 12 so Im still collecting 28 points a day how do I get you to address this problem I guess you dont care about your players

I used to enjoy this game, but when a specific shadow card is withheld from the game purposely, I have lost interest. I lost over 5000 credits to chase a final card to complete the collection. I have won the same shadow collections at least 5 times over. It is not a good game because of it and unless there is a limit to how many times a collection re-appears and/or is collected, I will delete this game from my games.

I really enjoy playing the game but I have been in the Pearl room since Jan. with 1 piece to collect and I would like to move on. I dont play the tourn. anymore because the My Team sign covers the card and nothing registers on the bottom 2 cards. This was one of the first apps I downloaded it was a lot of fun. Please look into these bugs. Thank you. Feb.6/16. I still enjoy playing the game but I have been in the emerald room for 1 year.is this the way its going to be with every room I go into?
