Rate your game

I have been playing this game for years! It is my favorite BUT lately I am so tempted to delete it! It has slowed down so much to the point if frustration! After buying the tickets for four cards a stupid thing pops up and I have to rebut the cards again! This has happened so often!! I am sure you can check my games and check my story! As well when there is a limit on a room there is always one or two items not seen until the last one or two days ... I have just tried to finish winery room... Needed only one since about four days into it and saw it only three times... Never got it thus the room closed and I never saw the corkscrew nor did I get it!! I am not the only one... Many people r in the same boat!! I have lost literally hundreds of tickets due to advertising on your site! Just not fair... I was up to over 28,000 tickets and today I had to buy some! Never has this ever happened before! I would hope you will refund at least a few hundred tickets for me!!! I am getting so fed up with this game! Fix the bugs or delete it off FB. Thank you! Please reply do I will know when to expect my refund of tickets.
