Getting no daily chips since updated

Since the upgrade I cant reload bingo chips. Just keeps saying loading.... Ive deleted and added and still! Ugh!!!, Fix your game!!!!!!!! No one can play any longer!!!!!!!! Fix your stupid game or reload your old version! Its useless! Cant play!!!!

When are you getting this fixed!!! A week and a half and no daily tickets!!! Linda

I am not playing until you fix the bug and we can get daily tickets. It has been too long I like the game but you need to pay more attention to the bugs

I like this game be come cant u fix the problems cant get credits game closes on it now and when u get a instant bingos it just gives u extra numbers

Not worth the time. Sometimes takes twice the ticket payment before game loads. Freezes up while play or bonus freezes up so no awards available. Fail

Where are the bonus tickets and free spin?

This darn game,after every single game I cant click continue cause it freezes up right there,I have to shut the game off and reload every time ,how crappy is that,fix the game already,nothing but issues with this application

videos please make them STOP!!!!!!!! i am not happy with this game. and i am not getting any power ups they keep freezing. why play if this is happening.

I have had nothing but misery from this game. Its always glitching out, the pop ups cause so many problems, and after playing just 2 games I cant hear the numbers anymore. The rooms that pop up with a limited numbers of days, forget about cause the days are never accurate.

Game is very poor since update - constantly freezes, ads are annoying and app keeps blacking out (quitting) to return to desk top. Id suggest fixing the problem soon if you dont want to lose anymore customers/players.

I am unable to collect my lightening bonuses ????????? This game is always having problems!!!! Works for a bit then screws up! Shouldnt release updates if they arent going to work!!!!!!

Too difficult to get the last bingo in almost all the games. Not getting the power ups of late. Videos very annoying. Game still freezes. Not enjoying playing.

I love this game, but I seem to be having a lot of slowed connection issues since the new update. As soon as I use a power up, it seems to slow, and some power ups ( gift boxes especially) dont clear or take way too long to clear. Hopefully this gets fixed soon.

Cannot open...stops at 50%....happens with several of the latest versions. I use an IPad, game wont open for two days now!

I like the game but it slows down when using power plays and by the time you get your credits another game has started
