Aggravating waste of time, tickets, and power-ups!

I love the game, but it has too many technical issues and design flaws.

1. Freezes up during a round, so tickets are wasted. You dont get them back, even if you complain to the tech people...all they do is blame it on your device, or the volume of players, etc.
2. The Special rooms are a waste of time, tickets, and power-ups. I win the same item multiple times. I think once I win an item it should be considered out of play and a new item should be next to win. Its aggravating to purchase tickets only to find an item you already have!
3. After you purchase tickets, you may need power-ups...so you hit the Buy Power-ups bar at the bottom of the screen...and even though the timer says you have 10, 15, 20, or however many seconds left before the game starts...as soon as you hit that Buy Power-up button.. Bam! You hear BAD BINGO! More tickets lost. Fix the timer.

As much fun as this game is, it could be a whole lot more user friendly. With 1000s of other free BINGO games available to play, I would think these problems should be a high priority to the game designer. Well see.
